TX-2189A activated carbon non-woven fabric is a one component acrylate copolymer lotion adhesive, which is mainly suitable for the fixation and molding of air purification materials such as dry powder activated carbon and non-woven fabric. It has the advantages of good adhesion, good softness, less adhesive used to reduce pore blockage and increase the adsorption capacity of activated carbon, saving costs and improving efficiency.

2,Applicability: Widely used in environmental engineering applications for air purification materials such as activated carbon formed non-woven fabrics (deodorization, decolorization, absorption of harmful gases, water purification, wastewater treatment, etc.).
3,Applicable methods and precautions:
(1) Before use, first determine the adhesive ratio through experiments. The recommended ratio is: (glue: water: charcoal)=4~6: 15~20: 5.
(2) First, mix the glue and water evenly before adding them to the activated carbon. Stir well to form the charcoal slurry.
(3) Water can be added appropriately according to the production process and equipment to control the consistency of the carbon slurry.
(4) Determine the spraying or soaking process for adding carbon based on the required amount of carbon (1-3 times/after each extrusion and soaking).
(5) After carbonization and drying: 110-130 ° C/3-5 minutes, then air dry naturally for 24 hours to meet the usage requirements.
(6) Do not mix with other adhesives to avoid affecting the effectiveness of use.
(7) This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, with a suitable storage and use temperature of 5-300 ° C, avoiding direct sunlight.
